Since 2014, we’ve been training coaches to assist individuals and families in their road to recovery. We believe recovery is more than just abstinence and reducing symptoms. Recovery is living a rich, full, meaningful life – a life worth living. Recovery coaches do not replace therapists, sponsors, or case managers. The role of a coach is to ask powerful questions and actively listen to the individual, family or couple they are working with in order to guide them toward a path to successful recovery.
We train our recovery coaches to work with you to meet the 5 Critical Elements of Recovery:
- Take good care of self
- Form a Recovery Team
- Personal Recovery Action Plan
- Build Recovery Skills
- Live a Recovery Lifestyle
